Racial profiling
Hi All, while going thru various forums related to multicultural societies and racial problems, a thought just hit me. Why do we address people as whites , browns or blacks ? An unavoidable question arises as to whether we are still living within the animal kingdom , like calling brown foxes , brown bears and white tigers ??? Haven't we reached the 21 st century yet ? This is the age of Scientific advancement and its been proved and seen that any race across this world can repeat the feats achieved by westerners and even outsmart them in some areas . Calling a person 'white' is merely like pointing to a biological specimen inside a laboratory experiment. And calling him that doesn't say anything about who he really is !!! Whereas think, while calling somebody Good Stephen or Noble David evokes a lot of positive vibrations. Have we stopped ourselves being that ?
